Join us the Saturday, May 10, the day before Mother's Day! Planter Building Workshop- get your hands dirty -in wood and soil alike. Blend craftsmanship with sustainability in this hands-on workshop. We will use clean, repurposed materials to build a custom raised planter box. Clean sustainable materials are often repurposed from job sites and Resource Central, https://resourcecentral.org- a fantastic place to find repurposed materials. Over the course of the class, students will learn to measure, cut and assemble a sturdy raised planter using basic tools and techniques.
